There are rules in the US for products with small round batteries. Lots of bracelets sold online don't follow them.
Ours are tested and follow the rules. So you can hand them out and feel good about it.

How many should I order?
One bracelet per guest, plus a few spares for plus-ones and late RSVPs. Packs come in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200. For 120 people, a 100 pack and a 25 pack covers it. Add each pack to the cart separately.
Can we put our company name or logo on them?
Your company name, event name or any short line: type it in the personalization box and preview it on the band before you pay. For a logo, send the file through the Business & Bulk Orders form with your date and quantity and we will send a proof before anything is printed.
Do they need an app, Wi-Fi or pairing?
No. Each bracelet listens to the room through its own sound sensor, so every bracelet reacts to the same music at the same time. Music with a clear beat at party volume gives the best effect. In a quiet room they stay dark and light up again when the music starts.
How do we switch them on at the party?
Before the party, pull out the small plastic tab that protects the battery, then press the button on the band. Hand them out switched off and let people press the button when the music starts. One set of batteries gives about 8 hours of light.
Will they arrive in time for our party?
Standard delivery is 12 business days door to door and free on every pack. We start making your order the next business day. December is our busiest month, so order as soon as your date is set.
Can you ship to our office?
Yes. Enter the office address at checkout with the company name and the floor or suite, so reception can sign for it. We ship from California with tracking.
Can we get an invoice or a quote for accounts payable?
Yes. Your order confirmation and receipt are emailed as soon as you order. If you need a written quote before you pay, use the Business & Bulk Orders form and we will send one.
What if the headcount changes?
Order the packs you are sure of now and add another pack later. Each order is made separately, so check the order-by dates for the second one. Personalized items cannot be returned, so a few spares now are cheaper than a rush order later.
Will they fit everyone?
One flexible size fits most teen and adult wrists. We have tested them on wrists up to 8.25 inches (21 cm).
Battery and compliance information
Each bracelet uses coin batteries, protected by a plastic tab until first use. Products with button or coin batteries must meet a US safety standard and ours are tested to it. Keep batteries away from small children; if a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Returns and remakes
Personalized items are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. If your bracelets do not match the design you approved or arrive faulty, we replace them free. Contact us with a photo and your order number.
