Hang it inside a window, out of rain and all-day harsh sun. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the chain and hook clear of the glass edge when hanging.

Will the glass look exactly like the preview?
Yes. The artwork you approve in the preview is the file we print, so the glass matches it. Glass adds depth and the colors glow when light passes through, which photos can't fully show.
What type of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see. Use the original rather than a screenshot. Old prints photographed straight-on with your phone come out well.
When will I receive my order for Christmas?
Order by December 8 and it arrives before Christmas with free standard delivery. Each piece is made to order, so the earlier you order, the more margin you have.
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift message. It arrives in a gift box with no prices on the packing slip.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
No. It's made for the inside of a window, where the light comes through and the colors glow. Rain and all-day harsh sun will shorten its life, so keep it indoors.
What if it arrives damaged?
It's packed in protective foam, but glass is glass. If yours arrives damaged, send us a photo within [7] days of delivery and we'll make a new one at no cost.
