How do I get the fold lines out?
Gently — and only from the back. Use a steam iron on its lowest heat against the reverse side of the fabric and the creases release in seconds. Never place an iron directly on the printed side.
Does it come with a stand?
The sign arrives ready to hang, but a stand isn't included. Most couples hang it from an arch, easel, or a tall metal sign holder — it looks beautiful on all three.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Better — you build the proof yourself. The live preview shows your exact names, date, and layout as you type, and what you approve on screen is what we print. That's how we keep production fast without back-and-forth delays.
Can I get a different size or a fully custom design?
Yes to both. Contact us for a custom size quote, or tell us about the design you have in mind — fully custom artwork is available for a small customization fee.
How do I hang it?
Two fitted grommets make it easy — hang it from an arch, easel, or sign holder using hooks, twine, or ribbon in your exact wedding color. Threading your own ribbon through the grommets is a beautiful way to match your palette perfectly. Prefer a rod pocket instead? Just ask when you order.
Can I return a personalized sign?
Because every sign is made to order with your names on it, all personalized items are final sale. Double-check your spelling and date in the preview before you order — and if anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll make it right.
